Alfred A. Rangel, age 89. U.S. Marine Veteran

Beloved husband of the late Frances Rangel; adored father of Mary Rangel (Alonso Reyes), Alfred Rangel, Dolores (late Richard) Toolis, Ronald Rangel, Hope (Richard) Estrada, Laura Rangel, Margaret Rangel (Bejamin Beristain), the late Benny Gomez, and the late Patricia (Richard) Collison; proud grandfather and great-grandfather of many.

Alfred Jr. was preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo A. and Maria (Almeida) Rangel, his late sisters, Alicia Weston (Late John) Garcia, Rosemary (formerly Amesquita) Rangel, and Patricia (late Jim) Grimm. He is survived by his siter Emily (Carmen Joe) Vallez and his many nieces and nephews. 

Visitation Service will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 4-8 pm. at M. Martinez Funeral Home, 5800 W. 63rd St. Chicago, IL.

 Funeral service Saturday, August 24 at 7:45 A.M. at M. Martinez Funeral Home 

Mass at 9 am at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 6200 South Lawndale Ave, Chicago, IL 60629. 

Interment Mt. Carmel Cemetery, 1400 South Wolf Road, Hillside, IL 60162
