Gilberto Juarez, Jr. (55) of Chicago, IL passed away peacefully on Friday, January 3, 2025. Gilberto "Gil" was born in Chicago to parents, the late Gilberto Sr. and Graciela Juarez. Gil's laugh was hardy and contagious and can be heard a few houses down! He was known to be a hard worker, a handyman, the family protector, and a HUGE Green Bay Packers fan! Happily married to Raquel, they shared many years together with as many memories, even through hardships they managed. Their love for each other will be everlasting. He loved to watch his beloved Packers with his son, Nicholas and they also enjoyed to binge-watch many of their favorite shows together. Gil and Perciaus loved their quality father-daughter time together; their many different adventures around the city varied from flea markets, downtown Chicago and trying out new restaurants. He loved to spoil the people he loved! Gil is survived by his wife, Raquel, their son, Nicholas, their daughter, Perciaus and his step-sons, Hector and Vincent. Loving grandfather to 7 grandchildren and his beloved pets. The sound of Gil's laugh will truly be missed but we know his legacy will continue through the love and memories he left with all whom he touched.
