Obituary

Raquel Castaneda,

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news of Raquel’s passing. We are heartbroken to have lost someone we truly believe was an angel among us.Raquel was so many things to so many of us. She was a devoted mother to her two boys, an incredibly loved sister, an adored partner, and a true friend.Everyone whose life Raquel touched was blessed to know the warmth she brought to the world. She was selfless, funny, kind, intelligent, loving, hardworking, welcoming, and so much more. She carried those qualities with her everywhere she went - to her family, her work, and her friendships. To say we are truly devastated by her loss is an understatement, but we are grateful for the time God allowed us to share with her. Please join us in celebrating Raquel’s life on Sunday, September 13th at 3:00 p.m. We will come together to honor her life and say our goodbyes to the woman we all know and love so dearly. In lieu of flowers, we request that donations be made to Tiny Paws and Whiskers Cat Rescue. Raquel was a cat lover herself, always having a cat of her own and fostering whenever she was able. It would mean so much to us to honor her memory by supporting something she cared so deeply about.
